At Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd, we are committed to protecting your rights as a consumer in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These Terms and Conditions outline what we expect to provide to the consumer, the provision of safe and products, how consumers can exercise their consumer righ​​ts.
Consumer Rights
​At Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd, we strive to provide consumers with products that are of acceptable quality, matches their description, and is fit for its intended purpose. Some considerations with regards to Consumer Guarantees include:

Length of time since date of purchase;

The manner of which the product was used after purchase and if the product was used in accordance with its manufacturer’s guidelines; and,

The reasonable length of time for the product to remain fit for use under reasonable environmental factors associated with the products’ purpose.
Consumer Safety
Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd are committed to our responsibilities to consumers with regards to protection of consumer information. There are reliable measures in place to maintain protection of consumers’ personal and financial information.
Provision of Itemised Bills and Receipts
These are free of charge and should any further clarification be required, you may reach out to us through our enquiry form on our website or via our email address. All products purchased by a consumer will be sent a receipt after payment for the product has been confirmed in accordance with the ACL. These receipts detail what was supplied, the date of the supply and the price. All receipts also include our business details, including our ABN and/or ACN, website address and email address.

Product Safety Responsibilities
Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd is committed to supplying products that are safe in accordance with manufacturing guidelines.
'Faulty' Products
Under Consumer Law, Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring all products meet the legal standards for our consumers. In the rare occasion that a product should be deemed ‘faulty’ by a consumer, the consumer should contact Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd promptly here. If deemed appropriate, the consumer may be offered a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Some cases where we will remedy a ‘faulty’ product include:

The product does not match the product description when purchased;

The product does not do what it was designed to do due to a manufacturing irregularity; and,
-
The product broke despite the consumer following all installation instructions and care guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
We at Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd reserve the right to determine the suitability for ‘faulty’ product claims and are committed to working with the consumer to resolve any issues that may arise. The solution the consumer is entitled to will depend on the product purchased and the seriousness of the problem.
Circumstances that do not entitle a consumer to replacement or refund include, but are not limited to the following:

The consumer changed their mind after purchasing the product;

The problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing the product; and,
-
The installation instructions and care guidelines for the product were not adequately following by the consumer.
Returning a Product
Consumers have the right to return a product if they think there is a problem and if the fault is justified against the circumstances and criteria mentioned in clause 1.3. The business is entitled to request proof of purchase in the form of a receipt prior to approval of the return.

Consumers are responsible for returning the product, however Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd will not cover the postage costs given the products are relatively small and can be easily returned by the consumer. For bulky products that are heavy, Feisty Warthog Pty Ltd will cover the cost of the postage when returning the product. The consumer must provide proof of postage in the form of a receipt and tracking number.
